This Privacy Policy applies to the Vitamin Intake Tracker mobile application and related services operated by ZARĘBSKI SP Z O O (“ZARĘBSKI”, “Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, limited technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted by network infrastructure to facilitate connectivity. We do not retain this data or use it for tracking.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. Vitamin Intake Tracker does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. Since the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, no app personal data is shared with third parties.

Local app storage

Supplement names, dosage notes, reminder settings, intake status, streaks, adherence history, and other routine records are intended to be stored locally on the user’s device. ZARĘBSKI does not receive or keep these records on company servers.

Data Retention

ZARĘBSKI does not retain personal data from normal app use because the Application does not collect or store personal information on ZARĘBSKI servers. Local records remain on the user’s device until the user deletes them, clears local app data, or uninstalls the Application.

If you voluntarily contact ZARĘBSKI by email or another direct communication channel, we may keep that message only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, handle follow-up communication, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Because ZARĘBSKI does not collect or store app personal data on company servers, there is normally no server-side app data for us to delete. To delete local app records, use the app’s local data controls where available, clear the app data through your device settings, or uninstall the Application from your device.

If you voluntarily contacted ZARĘBSKI and want that communication deleted where applicable, contact us at support@zarebski.ink. We will review and process deletion requests as required by applicable law.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. Local records can also be removed using available local controls or device settings.

No accounts or authorization

The ZARĘBSKI website and Vitamin Intake Tracker do not require user accounts, login, registration, user dashboards, or authorization for basic public information and local routine tracking.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of exposure of app personal data is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. Users are responsible for the security of their own devices and local app data.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app personal data held by ZARĘBSKI is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any information you voluntarily provided to us, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or medical recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing supplement routines.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will request consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to ZARĘBSKI and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
